San Diego Engagement Session at The Guild Hotel
This San Diego Engagement Session at the Guild Hotel in Downtown San Diego was sexy, full of giggles and too. dang. good!! Not only am I seriously obsessed with these two but I am obsessed with this hotel - it is just so stunning!! The combination of vibrant colors, modern details, and cozy vibes created an atmosphere that felt entirely their own. First of all, how hot are these two?! They styled themselves and I am LIVING for their sleek yet classy look that melted so perfectly into The Guild with its industrial yet vintage feel.
We of course had to grab some Espresso Martini's for some liquid courage and for a fun drink during photos! Their playful energy was infectious, and they were clearly in their element—laughing, chatting, and toasting with espresso martinis. Can we talk about that bold blue corner?! I need that in my home STAT!
After hanging out in the hotel for a bit, we decided to head next door and get some fun San Diego rooftop photos with some droolworthy San Diego city views!! It was the most beautiful night and we got a mix of moody yet playful moments that were to die for!
Not wanting the typical scenic outdoor session for your photos and hoping to make it feel more like a date night out, then I 10/10 recommend doing your engagement session at cute hotel bar like the Guild and then hitting a cutie rooftop for some cool views. I've seen hotel sessions start to get so much love and attention and I am ALL FOR IT! And then you'll be right in the city already to make it a date night afterwards in the city just the two of you! 🍝🍕
Photographers: If you plan to do a hotel engagement session, PLEASE make sure you are contacting the hotel and asking permission first. This hotel in particular told me a lot of people have started showing up for sessions without permission. This is how we get things taken away from us, so PLEASE go through the proper channels so we can keep having fun with these types of sessions.
